REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept any returns for the products once it is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return (if applicable) should be initiated within 2 days of receiving the products.

We don’t provide any exchange and replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

In case of any refunds approved by PLANT GALLERIA, it will take 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
